A quick note from our PTO!

A fun STEM challenge: Mrs. Tarter gave her fourth graders 12 pieces of spaghetti, two three-foot-long pieces of string, a container of scotch tape, and ten minutes. Teams had to build the tallest structure possible that could hold a pouch of Fruit Gushers for at least 30 seconds!

The Student Council at Park Elementary raised over $250 for a non-profit called Turn Away No Longer! As reward for their efforts, Mr. Pyle and Mrs. Friend wore snowman costumes the day.
