MG Elementary PTO has a fun night planned for the entire family! Add it to your calendar!
For our August SEL moment, students learned about their classmates, celebrated differences, and were reminded of their important role in our school community as they placed their name and an image they choose to represent them on our bulletin board! We are grateful for each of our students!
As we prepare for College and Career week, we are looking to host a variety of speakers in various fields, particularly STEAM. If you would be interested or willing to consider giving us a few hours of your time, please contact Hannah Rowley!
It's time for a Staff Spotlight! Mrs. Becker brings music to life for our students! We appreciate her and are grateful she is part of our LAMP team here at Park! Let's send some appreciation her way!
We are excited to announce a unique and creative project that will involve the entire Park Elementary community! As part of our upcoming STEAM initiative, we are planning to build a large eagle sculpture, which will be made entirely from donated, unused, and unwanted items.
We are seeking all sorts of materials (anything that can withstand the weather!) that you might have lying around the house—no item is too small, too big, or too unusual! Examples of what we are looking for include silverware, gears, springs, nuts, bolts, plastic items and anything else that you no longer need. If it can be repurposed, we want it!
There will be a designated collection box located at the school where you can drop off your items. We will be accepting donations up until our first STEAM night on November 21, 2024.
This project is not only a wonderful way to teach our students about recycling and creativity, but it also brings our community together to create something meaningful and memorable. Your contributions, no matter how small, will help us bring our eagle sculpture to life!
Thank you for your support and participation in this exciting project. We look forward to seeing the variety of materials you bring in and can’t wait to reveal our collective masterpiece on our second STEAM night in the spring!
We are so grateful for our teachers and staff! Stock the Lounge is an initiative that will allow us to further support and encourage teachers by having a variety of items to make available to teachers throughout the school year to let them know that they are appreciated.
We are asking that all items are prepackaged and delivered by the end of the month. Please check-out the link below. If you have any questions, feel free to message directly or comment on the post! Thank you!

Assistant Athletic Director TJ Herniak recently took a group of MGHS athletes to the IHSAA Student Leadership Conference at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway! They spent the day learning about how to be leaders in their school and community.

We recently updated the Wall of Distinction in the high school gym lobby, honoring MG alumni who have been successful in fields such as entrepreneurship, fine arts, military, and agriculture. The goal is to show current MG students the opportunities available to them beyond graduation. Congratulations to our new honorees!
